IMPORTANT
The Following terms are important and should be read carefully as they may differ from other companies and should all be considered before hiring a car, whether it be from us or from another company i.e. our rental period is 24 hours whereas 95% of other companies are only 12 hours, therefore their initial quote may look cheaper but a surplus charge will be added for each overnight hire.

INSURANCE
All risk insurance with EXCESS.
Compulsory insurance + liability with unlimited guarantees + exemption from liability C.D.W.
Damages caused to tyres and wheel rims is the sole responsibility of the client.
The coverage will not be valid in the case of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

PERIOD OF HIRE
A rental day is composed of 24 hours. / 30 minutes after this time Rosslind has the right to charge you for one extra day.

AGE REQUIREMENT
Drivers must be 23 years old and have held a driving licence for at least three years.

PETROL,FINES,PARKING TICKETS
Chargeable to the client

PETROL
Hire commencing from the airport,the petrol will be at least half a tank,and charged to the client on your return to the airport you leave the petrol tank empty.
Hire from the office,the petrol will be returned the same as when the hire commenced,i.e. if the car has 25 ltr. of petrol you must return it the same.
WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS ON PETROL NOT USED.

AIRPORT DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Free of charge for a hire period of 4 days or more.

KEYS
In the case of loss or damage to the keys of the vehicle the client shall pay the replacement charge of 150 Euros.

LOCAL DELIVERY (CALVIA AREA)
Free of charge .

OUR OFFICE
Is based in Santa Ponsa (south of Mallorca). Delivery is available to Palma Airport or locally, i.e. the Calvia area.
